At UK Care Direct our aim is always to provide quality products at affordable prices however, we understand that from time to time there are occasions where the item is just not quite suitable for you. We are happy to accept returns back to us within 30 days from the date of receipt of goods as long as the product remains in its original packaging and has not been used. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for and arrange the return of unwanted items

For certain items such as made to order products, bespoke items or personal use/hygiene products (such as cutlery/toilet seats/duvets etc.), unfortunately we are unable to accept a return.

Returns are processed and refunded within 14 days of return of the item back to us.

Please notify us of your intent to return and item prior to sending it back for a refund. Our customer service team are on hand to help with any queries or questions via email or by phone.

Please note that you will be responsible for both arranging the return and for the cost of postage (or courier) for returning items. We strongly recommend that items sent via Royal Mail use a tracked postage service.

Unfortunately, we are unable to arrange a collection for unwanted items.

Faulty Items

If your product arrives and is found to be faulty, please contact us immediately and we will either replace the item or collect the item from you and issue a refund if the item is faulty.
