Returning Your Item.
If an Item(s) is faulty you can request a Hermes discount code to print a free return label.
If you are not happy with your item(s), please raise a return via Hermes once there enter 'UKCareDirect' in the search bar, you will then be taken to a form to fill out with your Order Number, Email and Reason for return. You will then be asked how you would like for your parcel to be returned to us;
- Drop off at your nearest Hermes shop.
- Courier collection from home.
- Drop off in a locker.
With Hermes your item could take 21 to 28 days to arrive back with us
You can use a different courier to send your item(s), we will need the tracking or reference number given to you when you return the item(s) and we will refund you as soon as we have confirmation that the item(s) is on its way back to us.

Under the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 you have a right to cancel your order within the period of 14 working days, beginning with the day after your order was received, to exercise this right then please get in contact with us either by post, email or phone before sending any items back. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the products to us. All the goods must be returned unused, with the original packaging intact and in a saleable condition.
The cost of the goods on this cancelled order will be refunded to you as soon as possible or at the latest within 10 days after we have received the item(s) back. If we require any additional information from you regarding a return, we will get in contact with you by email or phone.
We do not provide returns labels for orders as returning products are at the customers expense unless the item is found to be faulty, in which case a refund for the postage paid will be provided.
In the event of goods already being delivered to you, you have a legal duty to retain possession of them and to take reasonable care of them. You are under obligation to restore these goods to the supplier (UK Care Direct) and, under this contract, you will be responsible for sending your order back to Lancashire Textiles at your own expense, with the exception of faulty or substituted goods, where returns costs will be reimbursed to you.
We recommend using Hermes to return items back to us as you can book this easy online with them and they are considerably cheaper for bulky items than other couriers. Please retain proof of posting for any returns.
Please note our products are not for home approval, once used they cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons
